The more flexible we can be in our package prices, the more options you have available to choose from. This, in general, makes our service far more available for those who might be on a bit of a budget crunch. We do tailor our rates based on determinant factors like operating costs which are derived from the demand level, and outside factors like fuel charges and anticipated traffic levels. This allows us to remain a consistent profit margin, and keep pricing fair for you; as we're not working to maximize our profit. We feel it isn't in our advantage to price gouge. So to keep ahead of the competition, we make sure that our pricing is always fair, and is always based on a relative scale derived from our operating costs.

Our highly professional and helpful booking agents are always willing to do our best to fit a plan within your budget. While it is not always possible, we do our best to get you in the ride you need, for the day you need. You will want to be mindful of when you are planning your trip though. There are certainly higher priced seasons, and furthermore days of the week. The determination in this, is primarily demand. So, if you're on a budget, do your best to avoid the times when demand is the highest for our service. You'll find the high demand season to be Spring/Early Summer when we are busy working in all of the proms and weddings which generally occur during this season. High demand days you'll want to avoid are Friday/Saturday.

You'll be pleased to know that we do offer special package deals for certain "early in the day" events:

• Wedding day runs are great for us, we love doing them, and are fortunate to do a lot of them because they always seem to fall during "off peak" times of the day for us. Due to this, we are happy to let you know that we generally can offer a reduced rate package for weddings that fall within a certain time of day.
